You may contact us for more information, subject to legal limitations. Personal information is shared only as necessary to support investment management, fund administration, reporting, and related regulatory and operational functions, and in accordance with applicable laws and partner privacy policies.
Manzil Mortgages
In connection with Manzil mortgage products, personal information may be shared with trusted third parties as necessary to facilitate underwriting, funding, closing, servicing, and ongoing administration, including:
Credit reporting agencies, such as Equifax, for credit assessment and monitoring (with consent where required)
Independent legal professionals who act on your behalf or on behalf of Manzil to complete mortgage closings and related legal documentation
Custodians and trustees, including TSX Trust, where applicable, in connection with mortgage security, title custody, investor reporting, and related administrative functions
